Shield Cleaning Dissatisfied Customer Procedures

  • A client must contact us within twenty four hours of the cleaning procedure in order to be considered for a free re-clean

    This rule was put into place when we found that clients were calling back several days later, when time and activity had made their space dirtier than it was when the cleaners left

    If a client has been away while the cleaning happened, and did not return until a few days later, Shield Cleaning will be open to their complaints

  • When a client contacts Shield Cleaning, we will ask the client to take pictures of the areas where the cleaning professional failed to clean.

    If the client produces pictures and their claims are found to be reasonable, then Shield Cleaning will give the client a free re-cleaning

    If the client refuses to produce pictures, or has no reasonable claims against the quality of work of the cleaning professional, then Shield Cleaning will not give a free re-cleaning

  • Refunds will not be given
